Welcome to the Atarashii Apprentice Program (“Atarashii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, learning management systems, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Platform. Training partners (such as salons, spas, or employers) must be authorized representatives of their businesses.


2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.


3. Program Participation

a. Apprentices

Participation in the Atarashii Apprentice Program requires enrollment in a registered apprenticeship and may involve tracking of hours, performance, and related educational data. Apprentices agree to follow the rules and expectations set forth by their sponsor and the applicable state and federal apprenticeship standards.

b. Training Partners

Employers using the Platform to manage apprentices agree to meet all relevant Department of Labor regulations and provide a safe, educational, and compliant work environment. Use of the Platform does not exempt sponsors from legal responsibility for proper apprentice supervision and documentation.


4. Educational Content

All course materials, assessments, and learning content are for individual, non-commercial use by enrolled users only. Copying, redistributing, or reselling any content is prohibited.


5. Fees and Payment

Some features of the Platform may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.


6. Data Privacy

We collect and use personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described therein.


7. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group;

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atarashii shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.


12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Evertt, Snohomish County.

  • Legal Authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights

We store your information using secure, access-controlled systems. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system is entirely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
