Sandra first entered the beauty industry as a licensed professional in 1978, quickly establishing herself as a formidable competitor at the Long Beach International Beauty Show (IBS) for many years. Her diverse career has taken her through various roles, including Owner, Renter, Employee, Commission Stylist, Freelancer, and instructor at a beauty school. With a wealth of experience, Sandra has had the pleasure of working in prestigious Five Star - Four-Diamond resorts and collaborating with top professionals in the Movie, Television, and Sports industries.

Despite her extensive resume, if you ask Sandra about her most cherished experiences, she will proudly share stories of the first apprentice who graduated from the Atarashii program as her journeyman in the salon and the many others who have completed their training under her guidance.

Sandra joined the Atarashii Apprentice Program fueled by her passion for helping aspiring beauty professionals achieve their dreams of licensure. She understands that everyone learns differently and is known for her remarkable patience in guiding students through the program.

When she's not behind the chair in the salon or working diligently with her Atarashii students, you can find Sandra enjoying quality time with family and friends, nurturing her garden, or indulging in her love for computer games.
